Green Student U Targets College Students
OTOnetworks announces the latest addition to its network of digital properties
Green Student U
. Green Student U introduces students to a wide variety of global environmental issues by recognizing on-campus green initiatives and personal success stories, as well as how the world is being shaped by political environmental reform.
"College students are an important target audience because the habits and worldviews that they establish today will provide them with the tools that they need for their future," said Rob Rex, Managing Director of OTOnetworks. "By informing students of up-to-date ecological concerns and providing the advice they need to tackle those concerns, Green Student U will help advance the green movement for both current and future generations. The website will also be a valuable device for relevant brands and other companies to reach a popular worldwide segment that continues to grow in numbers."
Green Student U is the third in a series of student-oriented websites created by OTOnetworks, following Student Finance Domain and Study Abroad Domain. It is OTOnetworks' latest site that encourages online conversation, interaction and social networking between students through the integration of RSS feeds, comments, podcasts and other emerging technologies. Topics on the site include Eco-Lifestyles, Stories and Successes, Our World Today, and Green Campus.
